Our 6-week live program, rooted in behavioral science, guides startup founders in building sustainable operating systems for themselves and their companies. It’s about fostering personal resilience, effectiveness, and equitable business systems through proven, practical strategies.

Programming

  • The first step is understanding where you are at personally as a founder in relation to your startup and your cofounders. We dive deep into your resilience and your perception of self in relation to your surrounding, focusing on:

    • Value systems and my resilience

    • Balance wheel and how I manage energy

    • My biggest challenges in the startup and support systems I have

  • Step 2 is the review of alignment and dynamics with your cofounders, as that is the foundation that makes or breaks a startup in the long run:

    • Cofounder spoken and unspoken agreements

    • Value systems alignment

    • Exit strategies

    • Decision making matrix

    • Conflict resolution agreement

    • RACI for clear boundaries and accountability

    • HELP button agreement - how and when you ask for help

  • After you align the foundations of YOU and your cofounders, the focus shifts to your business.

    This step includes taking inventory of your existing systems and rethinking some of those to optimize for alignment and productivity. We will cover:

    • RACI for clear decision making 

    • Company prioritization for core goals 

    • Project briefs for core projects 

    • Roadmap redesign

    • Aligning OKRs to roadmap

  • We are moving one step deeper into business systems and rethinking business plus your people. Think of it as the Grand Chess Board. This is a masterclass on human-centered matrix organizational design.

    You will learn how to create a system optimized for both productivity and happiness of your team, while putting people in roles they shine best in.

    Example: You will not have top engineers that are your highest expense managing people 70% of their time.

  • Understanding human behavior is essential for building teams that work well under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain alignment around shared goals.

    This section offers science-backed methods and strategies to help you:

    • Strengthen communication across the team

    • Learn effective conflict resolution strategies

    • Build motivation systems that scale with the team

  • We will look at Culture as a standalone, integrated system, and one of the key elements that supports your startup goals and drives key metrics. Leaders are often vague when describing culture, and that needs to change: values, how you work, and team alignment are some of the most critical levers for productivity and retention.
